When buying tickets, please carefully check and correctly fill your name and ID number. If the passenger name, ID number or other information provided is found inconsistent with that used in valid document for check-in procedures, the ticket can only be refunded voluntarily. Please check your booking information carefully to prevent any loss.
To reduce any loss incurred to any passenger due to errors in name or ID information, we grant each passenger with only one chance to change his name or ID number on a paid basis: if the ID number is inconsistent with that used in the valid ID for check-in procedures, the passenger may request a paid change once only; in case of a homophone, a character in a similar shape or obviously repeated surname or last name, the passenger may also request a paid change once only. West Air reserves all the right to interpret the consistency of change contents with the change requirements. Only one of them - ID number or the name - can be changed; if both the ID number and the name are wrong, the ticket can only be refunded voluntarily.
Charging standard for name or ID number change: CNY 40/time for domestic flights; CNY 150/time for international flights.
How to change the passenger name or ID number: call the Call Center of West Air by 95373, at the ticket counter of West Air at Chongqing airport or the ticket counter of West Air at Zhengzhou airport.
As change in name or ID number takes time, West Air will not take any responsibility for a passenger missing his flight resulting from failure in change of his name or ID number due to insufficient time for making such change before the check-in deadline. Please check relevant check-in procedures in advance to prevent any loss.
