1. Product description

1.1 After boarding, passengers who have purchased such meal can notify the flight attendant of the catering type you bought and your seat number so that they can deliver it to you as soon as possible.

1.2 The meals you bought may be inconsistent with the meals actually delivered due to the seasonal adjustment, and the actual product shall be subject to the meals actually delivered. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. To respect others, it is not allowed to eat or drink takeout food or drinks inside the cabin. The paid food and beverage service is provided inside the cabin.

1.3 Only alcoholic drinks provided by cabin crew can be consumed on board.

1.4 Passengers can obtain the quota invoice at West Air’s ticket counters in 3 days after the travel day. No invoice will be issued beyond the time limit. Call 95373 to provide services.

2. Purchase

2.1 Purchase on www.westair.cn when booking the flight.

2.2 The meal shall be purchased before 36 hours prior to the flight departure.

3. Notice for refund and change

Voluntary change:

If passenger has changed his/her ticket voluntarily before the 36 hours prior to the schedule departure day, as well as the departure day of new flight is not earlier than that of the original one, fees paid for meal can be refunded, on condition that passenger buy and pay for one new meal according to the Regulation on purchasing(details in 2.2), and then contact us to apply the refunds.It would be refunded to the original bank account paying the original meal within 7 (seven) working days. Otherwise, the meal purchased is invalid and no refunds will be made.

If passenger has changed his/her ticket voluntarily within the 36 hours prior to the schedule departure time or sometime later than, the meal purchased is invalid and no refunds will be made.

Involuntary change and Cancellation : Passengers can request for a refund call 95373 if he/her has paid money for the meal and the refund will be completed in 7 (seven) working days. If you still want to buy a meal, buy it again from our official website.

Refund: Cancellation or refunds are not allowed if flights are normal. Passengers can request for refunding the money that he/she has paid for the meal If the reason for the flight is not scheduled or weather reasons.
