West Air official website provides guests with VIP lounge reservation option. The lounge provides our guests with warm and convenient services including tea, coffee, types of beverage, snacks, WIFI internet access, magazines during private leisure time along with boarding notice, VIP security check and printed boarding pass.(Note: VIP security check and printed boarding pass services need to be applied ahead of time.)
1.Lounge purchase channels
Guests are welcome to reserve West Air lounge service through our official website, airport counter, call center, and social media platform Wechat. We accept both cash and e-bank payment.
West Air lounge is now available in 22 cities. For your preference, please contact Customer service for further information.
3.1 VIP products are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase;
3.2 Immediately affirmed after submitting the order.
3.3 Lounge service is covered by our unconditional full refund guarantee once West Air verifies it has not been consumed.
3.4 Guests are free to reschedule the date of lounge service for one time during its validation period. 30 days’ usage life will start from the date of rescheduling.
3.5 Guests can apply for refund or another lounge time once irregular situations happen by calling 023-88738505.
Guiding: Guests will receive unique service code via message after successful reservation, which will be asked for after checking in. (One code per person)
4.1 West Air does not provide value-added tax invoice, while we do mail traditional invoice for guests. (Postage depends on guests)
4.2 Minors and children are welcome to reserve our lounge service too. Minors under two years old will not be charged for fees once they are accompanied by adults.
