The passenger who calls the number will be asked to provide the bank card information and the verification code to refund the ticket and pay the fees. As a result, they actually help the criminals to transfer the money in the bank card and cause financial loss to the passengers. West Air declares that we will not ask the passenger to provide their bank card information and passwords under any circumstances. Please contact us immediately if you have any problem.

In additional, for those who do the payment successfully can make inquiry their orders through West Air website and get to know about the order. Please do not trust any unidentified calls or SMS notifications.

West Air reminds passengers

2. Do not to disclosure any information, especially bank card information like payment passwords or verify password, do not transfer funds to unfamiliar accounts.

3. Call to consult. Please contact original buying place or call center of West Air to confirm after receiving SMS like this. The only contact number of 24 hours call center of West Air is 95373, which is the only official call center.

If you found to be malicious loss of money, please contact the relative bank and take flowing steps:

1. Contact the bank to freeze the card once the payment is done.

2. Contact the payment platform to inquire payment number and ask for refund.

3. Contact the counterparty to refund if it shows.

4. Ask for police to help.

After the passenger call the 400 number, the passenger will be asked to check the flight and ID information and will get 100 RMB as compensation at the office desk. The airline company will afford the price difference of the tickets only need passenger to pay 20 RMB as expenses fee.
